Hourly billing misaligns incentives: it rewards slow work and punishes efficiency. Every Kingsley & Mercer engagement is priced as a fixed-fee package with a defined set of deliverables, a published timeline, and a clear handover checkpoint. You know exactly what you are paying before any work begins, and you know exactly what you will receive at the end. Our three tiers — Start, Professional, and Enterprise — correspond to the breadth of the engagement. Start covers a single service line; Professional combines two to three lines into a coherent programme; Enterprise is the full Content Factory build with post-launch monitoring included.
All prices are exclusive of Irish VAT at 23%. Engagements begin within ten business days of contract signature.

No. All prices shown are exclusive of Irish VAT at 23%, which is added to the invoice for clients registered in Ireland. EU business clients outside Ireland may be eligible for the reverse-charge mechanism — please confirm your VAT registration number at the time of enquiry.
Yes. For the Professional and Enterprise tiers we offer a two-instalment payment schedule: 50% on contract signature and 50% on final handover. The Start tier is invoiced in full at the outset. We accept bank transfer (SEPA) and credit card.
We define scope clearly in the engagement contract, including explicit exclusions. If you request additional work beyond the agreed scope, we quote a fixed change-order fee before any additional work begins. We do not retroactively adjust the price for work already in progress.
